We did a Case Study late last year to explore Mobile Engagement and making stuff go viral and the results were amazing!
We created two webisites that was mobile friendly that could be used for happy New month and Happy Independence Day Greetings.

You will notice some spaces in between. We placed google adsense in those spaces. The link was shared by just family and friends.
From 30th September to 2nd October 2018, the link was shared 707 times!

That was amazing!

And we made just USD1.62

The click through and income is quite low because google ads could not show our audience adverts related to the event for which the link was shared.

We went further

We decided to design another webpage for the popular happy new month Greeting.

The results got worse.

We got 97 views

And 5 clicks

And made 0.9usd

Just imagine if the link included a related product and was seen 97 times by people most likely to buy

So we will probably do another one for the May day event and this time, we can advertise products related to Workers, Retirement, Savings, Plan B etc.
